Stop and Stare

6 X 5 mins with 30 sec rest between reps

Workout focus is pacing consistency. Mark your starting point in this workout. Run 5 min in a continuous direction on a flat course.

Stop after completing your 5 min run and mark your ending point. Rest 30sec while resetting your watch. After completing your rest, start your watch and run back to your or original starting point (without looking at your watch). Stop your watch once you reach your original starting point. Does your watch read 5 min exactly?

Workout Pacing: Target an easy to moderate pace that you could comfortably sustain for 60min
