CrossFit Kids

The CrossFit Kids program combines, gymnastics, body-weight calisthenics, and weightlifting elements to develop full athletic capacity. CrossFit Kids focus on cardiovascular & respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, balance, accuracy, and balance.
