CrossFit

CrossFit classes are one hour group training sessions that meet throughout each day, seven days a week. Because CrossFit is designed for a wide range of individuals, we offer different memberships to cater to differing needs.

 

Whether you are a tri- athlete, weightlifter, mom, police officer or grandparent, CrossFit will make you better at what you do! Our classes are planned each week to build upon one another.  The more classes you attend, the more successful and knowledgable you will be. Find the membership that is best for you!
