802CrossFit Barbell Club, is an opportunity to refine and perfect your Olympic Lifting technique under the watchful eye of USA Weightlifting Coach, Chris Polakowski. Coach Polawkowski has over 20 years experience coaching athletes of all ages, to include 2016 CrossFit Games Champion, Mathew Fraser!
Open to all levels, Barbell Club breaks down each lift to it’s components, starting most often (and humbling to many) with just a PVC. Each piece is analyzed and perfected which has lead many athletes to achieve new Personal Records in both the Clean & Jerk and Snatch.
Barbell Club meets on Friday night at 6:30pm and is included in all One Month Unlimited Membership Packages!
