802 CrossFit is gym built upon 13 years of Sport Training and Fitness Conditioning. Over 4 years ago, we switched our training to CrossFit and never looked back! Of all the fitness programs we had offered, CrossFit provided our clients with the best results and created a fitness community like none other we had ever had.

What Is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program developed to enhance your ability at all physical tasks. We focus on cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. This philosophy works with what we call ‘functional movements’, or movements we experience in our everyday lives. We target these movements in shorter, high-intensity cardiovascular sessions, eliciting a radically more effective training program and producing nearly any desired fitness result.

Our Community

Our members take strength and motivation from each other; and it’s the last person to finish that often gets the loudest cheers. There’s something very positive about sweating through a tough workout, surrounded by supportive and inspirational people. We do everything we can to foster that sense of community, and we’ve heard from a number of our members that they’ve experienced nothing like it before.

Classes For Every Fitness Level

802 CrossFit Membership Options

Because CrossFit is designed for a wide range of individuals, we offer different memberships to cater to the differing needs of our members. Some may come to class 5 days a week, while others add it to their specialty training program.

Whether you are a tri-athlete, weight lifter, mom, grandpa, hiker, police officer, or looking for a personal trainer, 802 has something for you! Each new member begins their journey with CrossFit Foundations. 6 classes, for all new members, teaching the fundamental movements and beliefs of CrossFit, while we learn about your needs as a member 0f 802.
