A few stand-out tips for the Strict Hand Stand Push-Up…
- Get your head through (looking at the wall on opposite side of room) at the finish instead of looking down!
- Don’t rest at the bottom. Try and make them touch and go to keep the tension.
- Think of it as a Strict Press. Where are your hands in this position? NOT in line with your head!
- Think fingers spread and thumbs pointing towards the wall. This will point your shoulders back, and not out to the side (a stronger pressing position)
