Deadlift Week 8: Rest Week
The timing of this rest day fits perfectly with our In-House Competition. Every 4 weeks our Deadlift Program switches gears and focuses on accessory work to build our deadlift. Get in, get a shake out work-out and rest up for our In-House Competition!
A few things to remember:
- The In-House Competition is fun and a great motivator to push yourself. We have 50 athletes signed up so don’t miss out!
- We need cheerleaders too! If you can’t do the WOD’s (better be a good reason), can’t stay for all, or are arriving late, we still want you there! We will be feasting at about 11am on!
- Don’t forget to let us know if you will be doing the WODs scaled or Rx. We need to know by Friday 12pm so we can plan heat times.
