The Details

As Many Rounds as Possible in 24:00

At the 2:00 mark, and every 2:00 thereafter, stop where you are and perform Air Squats. Don’t forget where you left off, that is where you will pick back up. 

Each time you go through the entire list = 1 Round

Burpees and V-Ups come before each movement change
