We are excited to finally share some fresh, new designs whipped up by the talented, Michelle Boutin with you! The brights styles are just what we need to add some color to the winter season ahead!
  • PRE-ORDERS DUE NOVEMBER 26TH
  • Apparel set to arrive before Christmas
  • Sample sizes hung in the gym of all styles
  • You will not be charged until the product arrives
  • INQUIRE if interested in youth sizes
Many asked about joggerss/sweats, but due to covid, the industry is experiencing many apparel out of stocks.  We are keeping an eye on inventory and hope to place another order this winter.

Athlete One: 1 SDLHP

Athlete Two: 1 STOH

Athlete One: 1 Burpee

Athlete Two: 1 SLVuP

Athlete One: 1 V Tap

Round 2:

Athlete TWO: 2 SDLHP

Athlete ONE: 2 STOH

etc. etc.  etc.

Part II

  • The scorable portion of this WOD is Part II – please pick a track that will get you there
  • Athlete One will perform 2 SDLHP, 2 STOH, 2 BURPEES, 2 SLVUPS, 2 VTAPS,  then Athlete 2 will go.
  • Each time, each athlete gets done with V-Taps, mark 1 round
