The WOD

  • The prescribed work may be divided up in any way you would like.
  • Give each movement a try and then come up with a strategy.  Some movements are easier than others, therefore will be quicker.
  • Sit Through Tip: Slow is smooth. Smooth is fast

Warm-Up

Warm Up those shoulders well at the start, before trying the sit throughs.

  • 20 Arm Circles Forward while running forward
  • 20 Arm Circles Back while walking backward
  • 10 Cork Screws
  • 10 Air Strict Press
  • 1:00 Runners Stretch – deep lunge using arm to press out on shin
  • 20 High Knees
  • 20 Butt Kicks
  • 10 Air Thrusters
  • 10 Down Dog with push back  into
  • 20 Walk the Dog
  • 5 A-T-V-T
  • :30 Table Top Stretch
  • 3-5 minutes to warm-up thruster weight and try the sit throughs
