We are hosting a CrossFit L2 Seminar next Saturday at 802, therefore we cannot hold the Best WOD of the Week on premise. We will be holding one BIG class at 9am and taking a field trip to the green at Fort Ethan Allen instead. It’s gonna be a B-L-A-S-T!
This is a 3some Partner AMRAP. The Runner will determine when all 3 athletes switch. The resting athlete will pick up where the AMRAP Athlete left off.
