Rx=20/14#Vest – if KBS use 70/55# KB

Performance= No Vest, 14 Push-Ups each round, all other movements are the same as Rx – if KBS use 55/35#

Fitness = 200m Run, 10 Swings, 14 Kneeling Push-Ups, 20 Air Squats – if KBS use 35/25#
