  • 6 Center Wood Chops
  • 6 Air Squats
  • 6 Air Ground to Overhead
  • 1:00 World’s Greatest Stretch
  • 1:00 Down Dog to Walk the Dog
  • Repeat 2 More Rounds of Warm-Up Above, Adding 6 DB Swings to list
  • Then 3:00 to Warm-Up Power Snatch and Devils Press

The WOD

If you are doing this at home on your own, slice the reps in half and work continuously.  If you are doing it with us…. you’ll have a nice little surprise buy-out to complete the WOD 🙂
