The Strength
A complex is one in which you have to choose a weight that you can hold onto for all reps in the sequence.Don't forget to HOOK GRIP!
- Clean DeadLift - picking the bar off the floor as a deadlift, but get your butt a little lower as though you were doing a clean. The Clean Deadlift is a good primer to slow down and focus on the first pull off the floor.
