October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. What can we do here at 802 to help? Through the end of October, we will be selling pink hearts that we will display on our gym walls with proceedsto benefit the American Cancer Societys Making Strides Against Breast Cancer event. Total money raised will be donated on behalf of The 802 CrossFit Community to ACS Make Strides.WEAR PINK, Monday 10/26 for a special Breast Cancer Awareness WOD

- The entire first portion of this WOD is essentially a buy-in to the final AMRAP which is where your score will come from.
- You will have 16 minutes to get to the AMRAP portion.
- Anticipate the final run to take you approx 4:30, so if there is less time than that left on the clock when you leave, you should scale it back.
