Broken Pull-Ups: 9/11/18

What is your trunk doing when you do pull-ups? Are you broken and over extended?  Pulling your rib cage down (into a tight, neutral, hollow body position) allows you to externally rotate you shoulders, taking force off your shoulders and elbows and keeping you moving more effectively and safe through the movment.
