Challenge Retest: 6/11/18

And just like that our 6 Week Fitness and Nutrition Challenge has come to an end!  Now it’s time to re-test those numbers!

If you attended Run Group on a regular basis, did your push-up, pull-up or double under focus work as prescribed, let’s see how you have improved!  Dig deep, push yourself, and make it your best!

Pull-Ups, Push-Ups, Double Unders

1 Mile Run for Time!  

Didn’t participate in the Challenge?  Don’t worry, these numbers are important for you too!  And yes, as always, scaling options will be available!
