The Strength

  • Please note different options whether you are using a Barbell or DB/KB
  • Perform 1 to 3 reps depending on available loading

The WOD

  • Walking lunges if you are able
  • Fitness folks can hold DB at their side, or no DB at all (do not go OH)
  • Do not need to alternate HPS or OHWL (arms), but does need to be 50/50 each set.
