A little bit of a different spin on a movement you know well…  Check out the Single Leg Toes to Bar.

Many will find this movement slightly easier than a 2 legged TTB once you find your rhythm.  You do not need to do the movement ‘strict’ for Wednesdays WOD.  Kipping will be allowed.

The Single Leg Toes to Bar is a great way to build strength in the movement for those working on nailing kipping TTB.
