Free Trial Thursday
Free Trial Classes offered at 12:00, 4:30, 5:40 and 6:50pm
Those joining us for Free Trial Thursday will mostly likely be doing the ‘Fit’ category for the work-out.
Choose a rep range that will challenge you. For many, it will be a good idea to start with 12 reps, then scale back to 6 as things get heavier.
- If you would like to sub a run or bike instead of a row, go for it!
- Remember that you will be cleaning your rower off when you get off of it.
- The work-out will be scored by total reps, not rounds. You will add up your max meters plus all reps you do of the work-out.
