The Warm-Up

The Strength

Be sure to get that Active Rest in anywhere you can.  Start warming up those legs so you are ready to row, and practice some Russian Kettle Bell swings to get loosened up for the WOD.

The WOD

  • All rowers will be outside.
  • We will run 2 heats, with ample time to sanitize between.  Heat 2 will sanitize before getting on the rower.
  • Masks will come with you outside, and must be worn when you return into the building, and back to your station.
  • The WOD starts with Goblet Squats
  • The Goblet Squats will not count toward your AMRAP score.
