Our Hatch Squat Program kicked off last Monday and our Bench Program began on Thursday. If you have yet to print out your Squat Program, you can do so by using the link below.
To compliment our Bench program, we will be adding a second Bench accessory day on Monday as Extra Work. If you benched on Sunday at Open Gym, it will not be the best idea to complete this Extra Work on Monday.
To build more strength in the upper pec, we will be seeing an incline bench press using dumbbells in combination with Dips.
