Hatch Cycle Begins Monday

Week 1 Day 1 Hatch Cycle begins tomorrow! For those of you that haven’t already heard, the Hatch cycle is a 12 week squat program created by Olympic Lifting Coach, Gayle Hatch. Have no fear, if you were unable to get your 1RM Front/Back Squat in last week, just talk to Tarken so we can get your numbers in. ¬†Once you get your numbers, follow the link to the excel spreadsheet to plug in your numbers and print your 12 week plan.
