WOD #1: Rowed Kill

Rx:

4 Rounds:  2 1/2  minutes on, 2 1/2  minutes rest

– 250 meter Row

– Burpees in remaining time

*SCORE: Total # of Burpees for all 4 Rounds

Scaled:

3 Rounds:  2 1/2  minutes on, 2 1/2  minutes rest

– 250 meter Row

– Burpees in remaining time

*SCORE: Total # of Burpees for all 3 Rounds

STANDARDS:

  1. Rower must count down from 250m each round
  2. Judges may set rower for working athlete
  3. BURPEES must be demonstrated as picture shows. Hands, hips and ankles  in a straight line, in FULL extension with a clap above head at the top.
  4. Tie Break: Judges MUST note the time to complete each row
