Knuckles Down, Knuckles Up: 5/7/19

 

A little shake-up to our week due to expected weather….

Mini-Murph will take place on Wednesday instead of Tuesday this week

 

Knuckles Down:

When you grip the bar until you cannot pull any further with your arms.  This keeps the barbell nice and tight to your body.

Knuckles Up:

In instances such as the Snatch (not being done on Tuesday), as soon as you cannot pull any further, think about Knuckles Up.  This will again help keep the barbell close and allow you to punch yourself underneath it.
