Your membership to 802 CrossFit grants you access to premier coaching, instruction, programming and a community with shared fitness goals and aspirations. Remember, experience is important! 13 years of Sport and Conditioning coaching makes our gym different from the rest! This type of programming and instruction cannot be compared to other local fitness clubs or affiliates, often charging a flat rate to use their equipment on a monthly basis. We do the thinking for you and ensure that each movement is executed properly.
Each new member begins their CrossFit journey with CrossFit Foundations. A 2 week progression series teaching the fundamental movements of CrossFit while we learn about your needs as a member of 802. CrossFit Foundations teaches you alongside other new members, creating the perfect opportunity to get comfortable with the CrossFit program before jumping in to regularly scheduled classes. When your Foundations classes are complete, you then gain access to all classes 802 has to offer!
