Lots of terms, but don’t be overwhelmed!

We even simplified things for those just learning the Snatch.  Choose a complex that makes sense based on your skill level.

Rx & Performance

  • Snatch
  • Snatch Balance
    • The snatch balance teaches confidence to punch under a barbell.  Try and choose a weight that allows you to drop under in a squat as opposed to Push Pressing, the performing a OHS to complete the lift. Keep it light and snappy.  You will have time to practice the entire lift after the Metcon! 
  • Overhead Squat

The Work-Out

We decided that we need to start incorporating some theme days back into our lives again…

Tube Sock Tuesday and  Tighty Whitey Wednesday came to mind before we settled on Mystery Monday!  No need to know any details, and we would never steer you in the wrong direction (or would we)???

This work-out will be for time, and the only thing you need to know is, it’s only 15:00 – how bad could it be?
