While CrossFit challenges the world’s fittest, the program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience. Members choose to follow one of 3 different paths of Fitness depending on their overall goals and desires, and what they would like to receive from the CrossFit program. Sometimes this means doing a combination of 2 different paths and that is also ok! Our 3 Paths of Fitness make the CrossFit program welcoming for our newest members, yet also challenging for top tier athletes.
Rx, (as prescribed), is a training path for advanced and elite athletes looking to compete in the sport of CrossFit or to be a top level competitor in the sport of their choice. Rx athletes have made the commitment to the CrossFit program and put in the extra work necessary to be the very best they can be. New members or experienced athletes joining the CrossFit program often work towards the Rx level of training as they grow into becoming an experienced CrossFitter.
