Yoga: the perfect compliment to our CrossFit program! Yoga for CrossFitters will improve range of motion & mobility, reinforce good positioning, teach balance, how to breathe more efficiently, and much more! Each week we work on strengthening movements that are found in both CrossFit and Yoga, and follow with mobility targeted at actions we encounter on a daily basis during CrossFit. You’ll be challenged, get sweaty, and learn poses that can be integrated into your pre-class mobility routines. No experience required, all levels encouraged.
