Wednesdays at 5:30pm and Saturdays 8:00am

 

Rx/Performance/Fitness
Jog 5min at easy pace,
Run 4:40min at easy/moderate pace
Rest 1min
Jog 5min at easy pace,
Run 4:20min at moderate pace
Rest 1min
Jog 5min at easy pace,
Run 4min at moderate/fast pace.
Workout Goal:
Run back to your original starting point after each 5min easy interval.
This will help all with pacing.
