Those running Vermont Remembers…. You will wear your weighted vest to and from the Hill, but NOT during the hill repeats.

Hill repeats at Green Mountain Coffee Roasters

3 X 20 sec
4 X 25 sec
3 X 30 sec
W/U & C/D will be the run over and back

 

Performance
3 X 20 sec
3 X 25 sec
3 X 30 sec
W/U & C/D will be 800M before and after repeats, park at the Edge.

 

Fitness
2 X 20 sec
3 X 25 sec
2 X 30 sec
W/U & C/D will be 400M before and after repeats, park at the GMCR visitors lot closest to the hill on the right side.
