Running Endurance: 8/15 & 8/18

Last week was a good one and with the competition, we had just 3 that did it.  We want to get it in for all our usual run group suspects, so we are going to hit the same one again.  If you did it already, don’t worry, it’s so good you can do it again!

RX
5 sets: 500m fast run, 200m recovery jog, 100m sprint
No rest between interval
3 min rest between sets
200M is important !!! It must be slow/easy enough so you are recovered for the sprint.

 

Performance 
4 sets: 400m fast run, 200m recovery jog, 100m sprint
No rest between interval
3 min rest between sets
200M is important !!! It must be slow/easy enough so you are recovered for the sprint.

 

Fitness 
4 sets: 300m fast run, 200m recovery jog, 100m sprint
No rest between interval
3 min rest between sets
200M is important !!! It must be slow/easy enough so you are recovered for the sprint.
