What Level is For Me?

Just like our regular programming, Run Group has 3 levels, but what one is right for you?

Do you run on a regular basis?  On your own, outside of just accumulating meters during WODs?  Rx may be the one for you depending on the distance you run each week.

Do you often Rx WODs, but are a CrossFitter and definitely not a runner?  Do you often do Performance in WODs?  The Performance level is probably the one for you.

Did you just start CrossFit?  Haven’t run in years? Often do Fitness programming in our WODs?  You need to just get some running under your belt, without destroying yourself.  Fitness is for you!

4 x 100m w/ 1:15 rest b/t reps
