Running Endurance: TUESDAY and Saturday

Because many people will be traveling on Wednesday, we moved Running Endurance to TUESDAY at 4:30pm instead of Wednesday (this week only).  Saturday class will stay at it’s usual time, 8:00am.

Rx Performance/Fitness
4 sets: 4 Sets:
200m fast, 100m easy, 100m fast, 200m easy
200m fast, 100m easy, 30 sec rest
200m fast, 100m easy, 100m fast, 200m easy
30 sec rest
Rest 1:30 Between sets 100m fast, 200m easy
Rest 1:00 between sets
