The Snatch Balance

The Snatch teaches us speed under the bar, and confidence in the receiving position. The movement begins with our feet under our hips in our pulling or jumping stance. A slight dip and drive allows us to add some weight to the bar as we lift.  Again, speed, lock-out and confidence with weight overhead are enforced through practice with these movements so light weight is better than slow heavy weight.
