The Jerk Part II: 9/5/18

Last week we watched a great video on the importance of the dip and driving the barbell off the shoulders with your legs and not your arms.  If you missed it, find it and be sure to watch.

This week we take things one step further and talk about why are breath is so important.  If done at the wrong time, it will disconnect you from the bar, resulting in a loss of power.  Have a look!
