The Strength

  • If you have minimal weight to work with, increase the time under tension of each rep you do.  Think slow descent.
  • If you only have 1 DB or KB, perform Sumo Deadlifts


  • If you can’t get outside to run, perform :30 Side Shuffle/:30 Fwd Back Runs.  If you don’t know the distance, run :30 out, then run back.
  • Time Cap 24 minutes
  • If you don’t have a Kettlebell, use a DB and perform a swing with fingers laced around the handle.

The Finisher

If performing the hip drop is too challenging, hold a side plank for ;15 on each side
