Working in 3 Station Days this week so we are able to see as much time as possible on the pull-up bar before The CrossFit Open begins.
All stations will do the same general warm-up with more station specific movement, depending on where you begin.
- Working for the first 0:15 of every minute. Minute 1 you will do as many chest to bar pull-ups as possible in 0:15, minute 2 as many pull-ups in -0:15 etc. You will then go back to chest to bar on minute 4 etc…
- Score = Total of all reps
