The Warm-Up

Station #1:

Round 1 you will do 10 Tap Swings, Round 2 Tap Swing + Pull down on bar, Round 3 work in the pull-ups you will do for the WOD

It will be the same approach for the K2E build…. R1 do Knees above hips, R2 do Toe Raises, R3 do the Knees to Elbow version you plan on doing in WOD

Station #2

Build in the same manner from step-ups to box jumps, and medicine ball thrusters to wall balls

Station #3

More of the same… R1 Burpees, R2 use the Dumbbell and do Devils Presses
