Tips of the Sumo Deadlift

Bodyweight At Home Work-Out

Done as a Super Set – – 10 Single Leg Deadlifts each leg, then 20 glute bridges – repeat for 4 sets 

Single Leg Deadlift 4 X 20 

  • descend until you feel pull of hamstring, and stand back to top. FLAT BACK.  Slow and controlled focusing on hamstring engagement.

Glute Bridges 4 X 20

  • Heels close to rear – big squeeze of glutes as you press hips towards ceiling

WOD

12 minute AMRAP:

6 Reverse Lunges

6 Forward Lunges

12 Starfish

24 Mountain Climbers
