Friday Week 2 Day 3 Gymnastics Strength
We are seeing some different grip positions implemented in our pulling work today. Remember, your shoulder blades will be in the same place the whole time- stacked down and away from your ears – and you rotate your grip through your elbow, not the shoulder.
Developing control at the top of the kip will drastically improve the timing and position through your kipping pattern. Today is all about timing and positions.
