Deadlift Week 16
Final Week Before our 1 RM Re-Test
This week calls for no deadlifting of any kind. We will be resting up for our 1RM Retest on MONDAY, 11/27. We know people are used to Deadlifting on Friday, so if you absolutely cannot get this in on Monday, we will be allowing make-ups during the week. Just talk to a coach about it before doing so.
Extra Work: 7 minute AMRAP
