Is CrossFit For Me?


While CrossFit challenges the world’s fittest, the program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of fitness level, or experience. We scale load and intensity, we don’t change the program. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree, not kind.

What Is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program developed to enhance your ability at all physical tasks. We focus on cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. This philosophy works with what we call ‘functional movements’, or movements we experience in our everyday lives. We target these movements in shorter, high-intensity cardiovascular sessions, eliciting a radically more effective training program and producing nearly any desired fitness result.
