WE WILL BE RUNNING THIS EVENT DESPITE THE SNOW. IF YOU CANNOT MAKE IT OR ARE FEARFUL OF NOT BEING ABLE TO MAKE IT YOU MUST LET US KNOW.
YOU CANNOT AUTOMATICALLY SHOW UP FOR OPEN GYM OR MONDAY. WE NEED TO KNOW WHEN YOU WILL BE ARRIVING SO IT CAN BE SCHEDULED.
PLEASE STAY TO CHEER ON THE FINAL HEAT AND JOIN US FOR A POST OPEN CELEBRATION! 802 WILL BE PROVIDING BURGERS, HOT DOGS AND BUNS (TO INCLUDE GLUTEN FREE). BRING A SIDE OR SNACK TO SHARE, AND SOMETHING TO SIP ON.

- ARRIVAL for Heat 1 & 2 is the SAME. The hourly breakdown is just for your knowledge. You MUST be there for the Board Explanation.
- There is a TON of content online with tips for this WOD. Spend sometime watching if you are trying to get your 1st XYZ....

- Many of you will be a rep counter (judge) for someone else.
- THERE IS A TIE BREAK FOR THIS WORK OUT. YOU MUST RECORD THE TIME ON THE CLOCK AFTER EACH SET OF SNATCHES.
- MAKE SURE TO WRITE DOWN THE NAME OF YOUR JUDGE AND BE SURE YOU CAN READ THEIR HANDWRITING.
- DOUBLE CHECK YOUR JUDGES MATH!!! There are errors every year.
