• Sign up and pay for your drop-in pass (at least 24-hrs in advance is preferred) but send us a message or call if you are unable.
We us Push Press scheduler. If you use Push Press at your current gym, or have used it in the past, you will want to use the same credentials when booking.
• Don't forget to register for the class you would like to attend.
• IF YOU ARE PURCHASING A ONE WEEK PASS, BE SURE TO DOWNLOAD THE PUSH PRESS APP TO SIGN-IN ALL WEEK.
• Check out the WOD within the Push Press App
• Arrive a few minutes before to sign a waiver and get a tour.
• Introduce yourself to the coach and jump into a class!
Have at least 1 month of CrossFit experience with completion of an on-ramp or foundations course at a CrossFit Affiliate.
