Longevity CrossFit is taught by Dr. Casey Baczewski DPT and Henry Mercier AT of The Lifestyle Athlete and Rehabilitation
Each session includes:
-Strength training to build muscle and endurance
-Heart-pumping circuits to challenge your cardiovascular health
-Activities aimed at pushing your limits and fostering personal growth
