THE MOVEMENTS
Athlete one will do hang power cleans for 1:00, then athlete 2 will do 1:00 of HPC - while athlete one rests
You will then move to wall balls. A1 works, A2 rests
Your goal to choose a weight where you can accumulate several reps unbroken, but you do not need to go unbroken for the entire 1:00.
*Randomly during the 30:00 the bugle will sound and you and your partner will stop and do burpees
