The Board
- This is a partner work-out where both athletes are working at the same time.
- One athlete will begin with STOH and the other will begin with Box Jumps
- You will alternate who starts where each round, and you may find it does make a difference on how many Down Up and Overs you are able to get.
- Your score at the end will be the combined total of Down/Up/Overs between you and your partner
- We want you to get to the scorable piece. If you do not have time to get there, please scale back the reps so you have at least :15 at the start of the WOD.
