The Work-Out
- At 3-2-1 Go, both athletes will leave and go out for the run. You do not need to stay together, but whoever gets back first must wait for the other athlete to return before beginning. This should determine who works first and who rests first.
- One Athlete goes through the entire list, while the other athlete rests
- You will get as many rounds as possible, however, at the 1/2 way point, the timer will sound and you have to stop where you are and go for another run. Again, both athletes must be back before the AMRAP can begin. Try and choose a distance that will keep you close to one another, even if it means one person runs further than the other.
- You will pick up where you left off, however, any athlete can begin. It doesn't matter who was working at the time of the beep.
