You will move down the list in order with a partner. First 60 reps of all the movements, then 40, then 20.Reps stated are total. Do the math and pick a rep scheme that will keep you and your partner moving back and fourth quickly.The rep scheme you choose does not need to be the same for all movements. Pick the more taxing ones and break them up into smaller sets (ie burpees, box jumps, hop overs).The rep division does not need to be equal between partners. If one person is better at a movement, let them do more. The idea is to keep the working athlete moving fast.Reps are not alternating, but they must be a 50/50 split each set. For example, if you are doing 10 step-ups, you must do 5 on one side, 5 on the other. Not 10 on one side for one set, then 10 on the other for the next.
